Inside the team
Big Goals.
Everyday Commitment.
Junior is the second-highest level of synchronized skating. Reaching that standard means learning to bring your best skating to a team, and making room for the work it takes.
The Lexettes combine training and competition with school and the transition toward college. Their ambition grows through the habits they build together. LEX DO IT!
Precision in every connection.
Individual skating skills matter. So does the ability to match timing, spacing and movement with teammates.
Responsibility to the team.
Preparation, communication and consistency help every skater contribute to the shared performance.
Confidence beyond the rink.
Balancing practice, travel and school builds planning skills that carry into the next stage of life.

Skating & the rest of life
Building a Future.
Making Room to Skate.
The 2026–2027 Lexettes range in age from 14 to 18. Most attend high school, college or university in the Greater Boston area.
Training at this level alongside a full course load takes planning. If you’re thinking about how skating fits with school or your next step toward college, ask skaters and coaches who have been through it.
You become part of Hayden Synchro: a community that understands the commitment on the ice and the life around it.
