Inside the team
The Work Behind
the Performance.
The moments on the ice begin long before the music starts. Team practice, individual skating and off-ice conditioning build the strength and trust a performance demands.
The Haydenettes balance that commitment with college, graduate school and full-time careers. Their shared standard is built through the work they do together, week after week.
- 12-14 hron the ice each week
- 3-4 hroff-ice conditioning each week
- 42weeks of training a year
