Arrival:  5 PM
Ice:  5:40-7:30 PM (includes a cardio fitness evaluation)

PLACEMENT (required):
January 1, 2018

Arrival:  12:00 PM
Ice:  12:30-2:30 PM
Fitness assessment:  follows ice time until approx. 3:30 PM
