Saga joined the Hayden Synchronized Skating teams in 2005 as the Head Coach of the Haydenettes and Ice Mates. In 2007 she earned the position of Director of Synchronized Skating. Saga is actively involved with all the teams in the organization. She is currently the Head Coach of the Haydenettes, Lexettes, and Ice Mates.
Kendra joined the coaching staff in 2007 as a Co-Coach and was named a Head Coach in 2009. Kendra has extensive experience and a high level of skill in synchronized skating. She skated for 13 years with Hayden Synchro; seven of those years as a Haydenette under the direction of both Lynn Benson and Saga Krantz. Kendra holds a Registered Rating in Synchronized Skating and a Level III Coaches Ranking from the PSA. Kendra enjoys working with all levels of skaters but loves to see the excitement and pure joy of the younger skaters when they come into the rink or learn something new for the first time!
Erika Hoffman joined the coaching staff in 2007 as a Co-Coach and was named a Head Coach in 2011. Erika has extensive experience and a high level of skill in synchronized skating. She skated with the Haydenettes for five years and has 15 years of Synchronized skating experience. Erika holds a Certified Rating in Synchronized Skating and a Level III Ranking from the PSA. She is also an active member of the USFS Athletes Advisory Committee and US Figure Skating's Board of Directors. Erika enjoys sharing her knowledge and experiences with young skaters and loves to see teams grow and develop throughout the season!
Elise joined the coaching staff in 2009 as an Assistant Coach and became a Head Coach in 2012. She has skated with Hayden Synchro for nine years; five years as a Haydenette and will begin her third season with Esprit de Corps Adult.
Elise holds a Basic Accreditation from PSA and was the first Lynn Benson Scholarship Award recipient. Elise enjoys helping skaters develop a love and passion for synchronized skating - like she has.
Eliana was born in Paris and grew up in both Texas and Massachusetts. She has been skating since the age of 4 and in synchro for 10 years. Before becoming a coach, Eliana's skating career included membership on the Ice Cubes, Ice Mates, Star Mates, Lexettes, and the Haydenettes, as well as completing gold test levels in both moves and ice dance. In addition, Eliana graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in Computer Science and she will be starting her Master's program in biomedical informatics at Harvard in the fall of 2018.

A four season skater on the Haydenettes, in 2018 Ashley graduated from Merrimack College, retired from the Haydenettes, started her elementary school teaching career and joined the Hayden Synchro coaching staff as an assistant to both the Lexettes and Ice Mates.
